New York Giants -6.5 against the Washington Redskins:
The Redskins have struggled all year long. The season has been dark ever since RG3 got hurt early this season. The Skins are on their third QB, and have looked pretty bad except for the Monday night game against the Cowboys. Colt McCoy is going to try to go, but there is a decent chance that RG3 will start this week. I do not love the Giants by any means, but they should have no trouble beating Washington by at least a touchdown.
Indianapolis -6.5 against Houston:
Andrew Luck has been great this year. T.Y. Hilton has had some big games, and has turned into a legitimate deep ball threat. Luck has also started to get his young receiver Moncrief involved. The Colts do not have a great defense, but Houston’s offense has been a little disappointing this year. I think the Colts will have no trouble at home against the Texans.
Green Bay -4.5 at Buffalo:
Aaron Rodgers has been a stud all season. He could easily wind up being the MVP this year. I think Green Bay would beat anybody on the road except for New England, Denver, and Seattle. The cold weather in Buffalo should not matter to Rodgers because he is used to the Green Bay weather. Buffalo is a good team, but Green Bay should cover -4.5 on the road.
I would stay away from Dallas vs Philadelphia. That has the potential to be the game of the week, but it is a little too risky for me to bet on. It will also be fun to see Johnny Football get his first NFL start this week against the Bengals.
